Bigger than the Rudd Revolution Posted on 4 June 2010
Never before has an Australian government attempted to bring about as many changes of a comprehensive kind as has the Rudd Government since 2007. The scope of the Education Revolution is impressive, although it is too early to assess its impact on the day to day teaching and learning in schools. In his opening address at the Christian Schools National Policy Forum in Canberra on the 24th May, the CEO of the Anglican Education Commission, Dr Bryan Cowling, asserted that the challenges facing Christians involved in education in Australia were even greater than those being addressed by the Rudd Government.
